Workshop on Building High Performance Teams

 

  

   

The Koperasi Jaffnese Berhad had organised a one day programme for members children who are in Form V/VI/College (Ages 17-21). This workshop was conducted by Mdm. R.S.Sharashwati Rajagopal KMN, a professional Public Administrator, Consultant & Trainer and who has led and conducted several programs, projects, courses, and workshop for public and private sectors as well as International and Regional Institution in Malaysia as well as abroad.It was held on the 10th October 2009 from 9.00 am – 5.00 pm at Hotel Sentral, Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur.A total of 30 students  turned up for this workshop.The JCS Youth commitee had the priviledge to also particpate in the activities by taking up roles of judges for the best team with the best teamwork spirit.The trainer will also conduct a 2nd stage/level training for these 30 people who attended this workshop scheduled around January 2010.
